During the visit, I’ll observe a feeding (at the breast and/or bottle), assess latch, positioning, milk transfer, pumping or bottle feeding mechanics, and answer all of your questions in real time. You’ll leave with personalized, evidence-based recommendations that fit your baby, your body, and your life.

This 60-minute virtual lactation follow-up with an IBCLC is ideal for families who need targeted support, plan adjustments, or help with specific feeding concerns.

This visit may include reviewing progress after an initial consult or focused support for pumping, milk supply, or feeding management without observing a full feed. Together, we’ll troubleshoot challenges, refine your care plan, and address concerns such as low milk supply, oversupply, pumping schedules, flange fit, bottle feeding strategies, or upcoming transitions like returning to work.
