As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS) and DONA-trained postpartum doula, I offer in-person and virtual postpartum support to families in Chelsea, Wakefield, Cantley, Gatineau, Ottawa, and beyond. I'm available to you whether you're down the street or across the globe.

My expertise in breastfeeding and postpartum care allows me to offer holistic support, focusing on helping families meet their infant feeding goals in the comfort of their home or through virtual consultations.

My clients are always the ones in the driver’s seat. I provide evidence-based information, empathy, and encouragement to ensure families feel informed, understood, and empowered. Acknowledging and honoring each family's unique journey is my absolute privilege.
