My Story

When my baby was born in 2017, I quickly felt overwhelmed and unprepared — the conflicting advice from books, doctors and online resources left me baffled. Our doula team’s compassionate, non-judgmental support transformed those first weeks, giving me rest, confidence, and practical help. Inspired by that experience, I pursued training as a Doula and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and now I’m working toward IBCLC and perinatal-mental-health credentials.

What I Believe / My Approach:

  • Evidence-based - client-centered care grounded in compassion and respect.

  • Support for diverse goals and family structures — whether breastfeeding, pumping, chestfeeding, formula feeding, or something else.

  • Holistic care - your emotional and psychological health are just as important as feeding and caring for your baby.

  • Realistic expectations — Support is tailored to your goals, your daily life, and your abilities.
